Terms of Service.

These basic terms describe the expected use of Hacker services. This page is a starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.

Service use

Customers may use their mailbox for lawful personal or business communication. Abuse, fraud, spam, phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Access may be paused, suspended, or canceled when payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or abuse is detected.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but no system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider outages, and security incidents may affect availability.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, protecting PGP passphrases, and keeping account information accurate.
